The old road from Elbasan to Gramsh

Summary: Everyone driving from Elbasan to Gramsh (or vice versa) is taking the fast way, through Cerrik and along the dry reservoir. With a little more time, a nice alternative is the old road, which leads through the highlands. It is fully covered with asphalt, though care should be taken were erosion takes its toll.
