Kokomani Winery

Summary: Kokomani Winery is situated in the village Eminas e vogel.  We combined with a mini-excursion on a dirt road, starting in Ndroq. A 4WD is not strictly required.

The Kokomani vineyard specializes in the Shesh grape, red and white. The winery offers wine-degustation, and meals for groups if arranged in advance. It is on a hillside from which views of Durres, the Atlantic Ocean, Kepi Rodonit and even the mountains in Montenegro (Rumija) might be had.

General location and approach: Eminas e vogel can be reached on an asphalt road from either the Tirana-Durres highway via Shijak, or from the Tirana-Kavaja road. The approach proposed above is on a dirt road.
